October 20th, 2007 at 1:59 amTotally makes sense that you would stay with your original alliance at this point. Sorry they didn’t tell you their plan in advance, but in the end you had more to lose by taking a chance with Aaron and James than by sticking with Jaime and PG. Most of these people are angry because they don’t understand your strategy, or because they are either James or Aaron fans who were just looking for a chance to cut you down because you didn’t side with their favorites. I for one am NOT disappointed in you. Go Erik!
October 20th, 2007 at 8:15 pmTo Renee: You must be a new fan, because otherwise you would see Erik’s wisdom in remaining loyal to his Zhan Hu alliance. He made a difficult short-term decision in hopes for a better long-term outcome. It’s called strategy. Just like the “idiot” girls who threw the challenge: it was strategy. I think these girls are pretty clever. My biggest problem was that they didn’t tell Erik about their plan, but I’m sure there were reasons that weren’t brought out in the editing. LOTS of things take place that never make it on the show. All in all, I think these three Zhan Hus made the best choice given their circumstance.

Obviously they(the girls) thought it was good strategy but like I said before they are idiots. They now realize themselves that they are idiots. Eriks only hope with the merge is to be able to win individual immunity and while he looks like he is athletic he really hasn’t been a standout in challenges.
